E, Peng, also known as "Roc" in international community, is a seasoned consultant, practitioner and scholar on innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, with over 10 years of work experience in pursuit of innovation excellence.
Roc is the Chief Representative, Greater China of rInnovation Group. Roc also teaches graduate students at Sun Yat-sen University on entrepreneurship and Enterprise Innovation Management. Before his current position, he worked for Accenture in the U.S. and China, GE Corporate U.S., Oracle China and Beijing Beida Jade Bird on various roles related to innovation team and project management. Roc has provided professional innovation management and technology training and consulting services to Fortunate 500 companies and large NGOs as well as small firms across multiple industries on strategic planning, system integration and innovation management projects. The clients he has serviced are, among others, China Mobile, Best Buy U.S., China Construction Bank, Bureau of Shanghai Worldexpo Coordination, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Group, Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. He is a senior member of the China Creative Studies Institute, Birds of a Feather Innovation Leaders Group and Toastmasters International, among many other professional organizations.
Roc earned his M.B.A. in radical innovation and corporate entrepreneurship from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and a B.E. in fluid mechanics from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. He has co-authored two books, numerous papers and delivered presentations at seven premiere conferences internationally on topics covering business, IT, innovation, creativity and corporate entrepreneurship. Roc has travelled to nine countries and currently he is based in Shanghai, China.
Monique Richard
Chief Operating Officer
Monique is the Chief Operating Officer for the rInnovation Group, with 35 years of information technology management experience in the areas of organizational design as well as financial, project and innovation management. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.
From July 2000 to October 2004, Ms. Richard was Managing Principal of Integrity Program Management where she worked with a variety of companies, including Hyland Value Creation, to develop and/or reengineer business infrastructure requirements and improve client delivery services.
With American Management Systems Inc. where she worked from January 1998 to June 2000, her roles have included Senior Principal for the City of New York FMS project, interfacing with the Financial Information Systems Agency; as Senior Project Manager for the City of New York CityTime project, developing and delivering an automated timekeeping system to streamline financial results and provide operational efficiencies; and as AMS Canada Chief Operating Officer as well as CFO and CIO duties responsible for the overall accountability of project delivery, and for overseeing financial management and information technology operations of the Ottawa Regional Center.
In addition to her time spent with AMS, she has held a variety of positions with the Canadian Forces as an officer responsible for logistics management, the Canadian Federal Government as Senior Manager responsible for Information Systems, Hughes Aircraft as Technical Coordinator responsible for deployment of a NATO Communication and Information System, ISM (IBM) as Project Director responsible for the planning and execution of information management and system integration projects, Texas Instruments as Senior Program Manager responsible for the customization of Electronic Catalogue and Ordering System and, the ADGA Group as Senior Principal, Information Technology responsible for program delivery.
Monique has extensive and varied experience with project and financial management, contract negotiations, profitable pricing models, business process re-engineering, strategic planning, security management, quality assurance, materiel and supply logistics management, data analysis and innovation management.
